Description
The BP-600 is an easy-to-use device designed to allow students to
visualize the measurement of blood pressure. It uses a blood pressure
cuff equipped with a pressure transducer and a pulse sensor mounted
under the cuff.
A voltage proportional to the pressure in the cuff and a representation
of the Korotkoff sounds are available as analog voltages at the output.
When viewed on a chart recorder or data acquisition system, the user can
observe the appearance and disappearance of the Korotkoff sounds and
note the pressure at which events happen. .
The BP-600 components include the cuff, pressure transducer, inflation device and pulse transducer.
